Prepare and present weekly AR aging summaries. Identify and analyze variances between forecasted and actual cash flows to improve forecasting accuracy. Monitor and report on DSO, collection efficiency, and overdue trends, providing insights into customer payment behavior and cash cycle performance. Collaborate with accounting and operations teams to coordinate payment planning and collection timing. Support the Treasury Controller in working capital management Assist with funding requirements, borrowing base calculations, and related treasury reporting for lenders. QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field2-4 years of experience in treasury, cash management, financial analysis, or corporate financeStrong understanding of cash flow forecasting, working capital management, and liquidity planningExperience with NetSuite or similar ERP/accounting software is an asset, and advance Excel skill is requiredExperience preparing AR aging reports and analyzing DSO / collection efficiency metricsSolid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in financial reportingStrong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional coordination with Accounting, Operations, and Treasury teamsAbility to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrated initiative in improving forecasting models and cash cycle performanceWorking toward a CPA or CFA designation is an assetBenefitsDental, Vision, Medical insurance, Paid Holiday, Paid Time Off, Paid Sick Leave, Management training programsThe pay range for this role is: 60,000 - 70,000 CAD per year (Vancouver)
