Treasury Manager

Camino Search are delighted to be partnering with a PE-backed technology business that has recently undergone significant investment and is entering its next phase of international growth. As a result, they are looking to appoint a Treasury Manager to build and lead this function from the ground up.This is a newly created role offering the opportunity to shape a best-in-class Treasury function, introduce new processes and systems, and play a pivotal role in the group’s ongoing expansion.The successful candidate will work closely with senior finance leadership, including the CFO, and will have both strategic and hands-on responsibility for liquidity, financing, and risk management across a global business.Responsibilities:Build and develop Treasury as a standalone function within the groupOversee liquidity planning, forecasting, and management across multiple entitiesManage loan administration and financing activities (internal and external)Coordinate and improve payment processes and implement cash pooling structuresMonitor and report on financing covenants and complianceManage interest rate and FX risk for international operationsEvaluate and implement Treasury tools and reporting structuresCollaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners (including PSPs) to ensure efficient cash managementRequirements:Several years’ experience in Treasury, ideally within a PE-backed, fast-growth, or technology-driven businessProven expertise in liquidity management, financing, hedging, and risk managementExperience building or developing Treasury functionsStrong understanding of financial processes and commercial dynamicsHands-on, proactive mindset with the ability to operate strategicallyDegree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related fieldFluent English (German advantageous)What’s in it for you?Opportunity to build a function from the ground up and leave a lasting impactExposure to senior leadership and private equity stakeholdersFast-paced, international environment within a scaling technology businessCompetitive package and flexible working arrangementsRemote working
