They help set up our payment and financial risk management infrastructure by working across functions, products, and regions to centrally manage risks.We’re looking for a Treasury Manager to deliver and maintain an effective treasury function for Revolut in Argentina. You'll be collaborating across functions and products, managing liquidity, market, credit, and capital adequacy risks as we continue to expand.Up to shape the future of finance? Let's get in touch.What You'll Be DoingEstablishing the bank-level treasury function for Revolut in ArgentinaDefining policies and procedures, from cash management to AR/AP processingWorking with Group Treasury to ensure compliance with group policiesAligning local operations with global strategic objectivesCreating local liquidity, capital, and IRRBB policies and proceduresEngaging with local risk committees to define and monitor risk appetites and exposuresLocalising global approaches to investment and capital managementParticipating in the setup of the global funds transfer pricing (FTP) frameworkEstablishing a local assets and liabilities committeeRunning the committee as a key memberImproving the deployment of excess capital and liquidity to meet expected risk and return profilesSupporting the local Head of Finance in capital and liquidity discussionsLiaising with stakeholders including regulators and the boardCollaborating with Risk, Accounting, Operations, and Regulatory Reporting teams to ensure treasury complianceWhat You'll NeedProven experience building treasury processes and controlsExcellent analytical skills and a hands-on attitudeThe ability to understand complex financial concepts and break them into smaller piecesExpertise in treasury management within financial servicesA bachelor’s degree in science, technology, economics, or mathsCompletion of CFA Level IIIBuilding a global financial super app isn’t enough.
