TREASURY OPERATIONS TEAM LEADChandra Asri Group, through its subsidiary PT Chandra Asri Sentral Solusi (CASS), has established a Shared Service Center (SSC) to enhance operational efficiency and support the business growth of its subsidiaries. From finance and HR to procurement, customer operations, and IT, our SSC is the backbone that keeps businesses running smoothly. One of our key areas of support is for Aster Chemicals & Energy (ACE), a leading chemical and energy solutions provider in Singapore and the Asia Pacific. ACE combines the legacy of Singapore’s first oil refinery with cutting-edge petrochemical operations, jointly owned by Chandra Asri Group and Glencore, one of the world’s largest natural resource companies.PURPOSEOversee and manage all Treasury Operations out of CASS and ensure all processes run in the right procedure.Direct Line Manager for Treasury Operations team in CASS. Job ResponsibilitiesControl and oversee all activities related to payments processing to ensure all processes run in the right procedure and payments are made timely and accurately.Control and oversee all activities related to monitoring of bank balances and daily cash forecasting to ensure accurate liquidity forecast to enable optimization of investments and borrowings.Control and oversee performance of all treasury controls including daily bank reconciliation to ensure no fradulent activities and all cash flows are properly accounted for.Manage and oversee all Treasury related accounting and MI reporting.S4H implementation operations lead role with responsibilities to ensure new process design is operationally functional and streamline & system is adequately tested to ensure right 1st time roll out.Plan and manage the inter-center treasury operations migration to ensure seamless transition.RequirementsMinimum Bachelor Degree with 8-10 years working experiences, include 2 years at managerial level.Relevant treasury operations managerial experience, process automation experienceAccounting/finance degree holderACT qualification or other Cash Management CertificationLean sigma/automation expertise advantageSkilled in change managementAble to work in a fast-changing and dynamic environmentStrong controls and compliance ethicsSkilled at continuous improvement/automationIf you’re ready to bring your skills to a dynamic environment where your work makes an impact across industries and borders, we’d love to hear from you.
