Our litigation team handles motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and catastrophic injury cases throughout Georgia.We are seeking a Litigation Attorney with trial experience (or strong litigation background) to join our team. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious attorney who wants to work in a results-driven environment with clear opportunities for professional growth.Key Responsibilities:Manage a litigation caseload from filing through trial, including depositions, motions, mediations, and jury trialsDraft pleadings, discovery, and trial briefsConduct and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and expertsAppear in court for hearings, motions, and trialsCollaborate with case managers, paralegals, and senior attorneys to ensure the best outcomes for clientsMaintain consistent and professional communication with clients regarding case statusQualifications:Juris DoctorateAdmission to the State Bar of Georgia2+ years of litigation or trial experience (personal injury strongly preferred but not required)Ability to manage multiple cases independently and meet deadlinesExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong interpersonal skills to engage with customers and work effectively as part of a teamHistory of achieving successful verdictsExceptional time management skillsStrong ethical valuesAttention to detail and accuracy in data entry and inventory management.For more information, please contact us at tmoody@litcolso.comLitco LSO is an Equal Opportunity EmployerJob Type: Full-timePay: TBA
