Here, you can apply your talent in bold ways that matter.Job DescriptionTrilingual HR Services Senior Representative Collaborate with innovative 3Mers around the worldAs Trilingual HR Services Senior Representative you will play a key role in answering HR, Payroll, Benefit, Stock and policy questions and resolving issues. provide answers, solutions, and recommendations for inquiries related to HR processes/procedures by utilizing solutions provided by HR SMEs in the division of Human Resources. In this role you will be able to have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the worldThe impact you will make in this roleYou will provide answers, solutions and recommendations for inquires related to HR processes/procedures by utilizing solutions provided by HR SMEs. (Including: phone inquiries, email/web tickets and walk-in inquiries, follow-up/resolution of escalated tickets, etc.).You will drive escalation trends and opportunities for process change and/or new solutions.You will implement actions required by system and updates Data Base continually.Investigates and resolves problems and provides solutions which may involve a network of resources.You will lead administers/advises IT navigation of supported functions – this may include requesting access, granting access and advising clients through screen navigation.Performs “off-phone” tasks supporting HR related functions as directed.Assists in identifying areas to improve communications and efficiency of operations and implementing changes. Partners with clients in improving processes by recommending solutions and referrals to policies/procedures, SMEs or contracted vendorsYour Skills And ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:Fully Trilingual: Fluency in English (B2+/C1), Spanish and Portuguese (B1/B2)Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university or 1 year of experience in Customer Service, HR or Finance.Knowledge of HR Policies & ProceduresAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Minimum 1-year equivalent work experience preferredWorkday Experience.Salesforce ExperienceKnowledge of HR systems is an advantage: Workday; PeopleSoft; SAP, Salesforce or other HR SystemsCustomer service skillsCommunication skillsDetail oriented/accurate and thoroughWork Location: This position follows an on-site working model, meaning the employee is required to perform their duties at the GSC Costa Rica, located at Centro Corporativo El Cafetal, Belén, Heredia. However, depending on the company´s needs and operational capabilities, a flexible on-site schedule may be permitted. At present, employees are expected to work from the office one day per week, to foster collaboration and maintain team connection. Nevertheless, the required on-site presence may be adjusted in the future and could increase to several days per week, depending on business needs and operational priorities. The company will communicate any such changes in advance to ensure a smooth transition. Travel: No travel is required, but there be occasional domestic or international travel if needed.
