DescriptionPosition: Recruiting Manager – OnboardingLocation: Long Beach, CADepartment: Human ResourcesAbout The RoleWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiting & Onboarding Manager to lead our recruitment and onboarding operations. This role is responsible for managing the full recruiting lifecycle, overseeing two outsourced remote recruiters, and ensuring a seamless and compliant onboarding experience. You will be the central point of contact for hiring managers, ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and alignment throughout the recruiting process. Key ResponsibilitiesSource and recruit for open positions across departments, with a strong focus on field roles at all levelsManage the full recruiting process:
job postings, resume screening, interviews, offersCommunicate recruiting progress, results, and candidate status clearly and consistently with hiring managers and internal stakeholdersTrain the recruiting team and hiring managers on recruiting and onboarding proceduresVerify employment eligibility and conduct background and reference checksEnsure onboarding compliance and documentation accuracyCoordinate new hire paperwork and first-day orientationOther tasks assigned RequirementsQualifications:
3+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisitionDeep familiarity with the Southern California region and its citiesProven success in recruiting for field positions across various levelsStrong organizational and project management skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilitiesExperience managing outsourced recruiting partners is a plusFamiliarity with employment eligibility verification and compliance standards
