Job Overview We're seeking a strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team in the fintech space. This role will be instrumental in implementing our talent acquisition strategy and onboarding top talents to facilitate our business growth. Key Responsibilities:
Own full-cycle recruitment for operations and marketing positions, with expertise in fintech, high-tech, and blockchain verticals;Design and execute data-driven talent acquisition strategies to build robust candidate pipelines, particularly for hard-to-fill roles in competitive markets;Partner with business leaders to understand talent needs and provide strategic workforce planning insights;Develop and maintain a compelling employer brand that attracts diverse, high-caliber talent;Ad-hoc HR related tasks as assigned by the HR Manager. Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field;3-5 years of recruiting experience, including in executive search/recruitment industry, with proven success in operations and marketing roles will be highly desired;Proven records of successful hiring in fintech, high-tech, or blockchain industries;Demonstrated ability to work effectively with multicultural and remote business teams;Expertise in U. S. employment laws (federal and state) and HR compliance requirements are highly desired;Bilingual in English and Chinese is preferred.
