As a Customer Delight Representative, you will support small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) in strengthening their digital presence and improving their advertising performance. You will assist clients via chat, email, and phone, ensuring they receive exceptional service and impactful advertising solutions.What You’ll Do Provide pre- and post-sales support for digital marketing and self-service advertising tools. Help SMB clients optimize their digital advertising strategies across multiple platforms. Identify trends, analyze client challenges, and deliver actionable recommendations. Offer product insights and customer feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement. Ensure a consistently excellent customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving.Who You Are Native Turkish speaker with strong English (B2 level or above). At least 1 year of experience in customer service, client support, or a similar role. Passionate about social media, digital marketing, and online advertising. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with active listening abilities. Adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
