About the RoleWe're looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our fast-growing SaaS company and take ownership of full-cycle recruiting across key functions including GTM (Sales, Customer Success) and Product/Engineering. You'll be a trusted partner to hiring managers and play a critical role in scaling our team with top talent who align with our values and mission.

ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruiting for 10–15 open roles across Sales, CS, Product, and EngineeringPartner with hiring managers to deeply understand team needs and refine job descriptions, scorecards, and interview processesOwn sourcing strategy and actively build top-of-funnel pipelines via LinkedIn, Gem, referrals, and creative channelsDrive structured interview processes with a focus on quality, velocity, and candidate experienceUse and maintain our ATS (Greenhouse) for all hiring activities, reporting, and complianceRepresent and refine our employer brand in candidate communication and external presenceTrack and report hiring KPIs (time to fill, funnel metrics, quality of hire)Oversee administrative office and company operations ensuring a smooth and efficient work environmentRequirements4–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth tech, preferably B2B SaaSProven ability to hire for both go-to-market and technical rolesStrong sourcing skills with a track record of closing passive candidatesExperience with Greenhouse or similar ATSExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsHighly organized, autonomous, and able to prioritize across multiple requisitionsPreferredExperience at a post-Series A/B startupPast experience hiring internationallyTurnKey Lender is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
