# Project AssistantbyLori Monette|Aug 18, 2025|Employment|0 commentsJob Status: Full-Time RegularSalary: $19. 23Location: TBASupervisor: Project DirectorOpening Date: open until filledSummaryThe Project Assistant will provide vital support to the Project Director and the broader team in implementing the TNTBCI Broadband Connectivity Program. This role is integral in ensuring that all project activities are executed efficiently, with a focus on organizing, coordinating, and assisting in various programmatic tasks. Duties And ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities 1. Administrative and Organizational Support Assist the Project Director with scheduling, document preparation, and meeting coordination. Maintain organized records of project documentation, reports, and communications.

Coordinate logistics for training sessions, workshops, and community events. Programmatic Support Support the implementation of project activities, including the TMBCI Broadband Affordability Program, Digital Literacy Training, and Virtual Small Business Initiative. Help manage participant data, track program metrics, and contribute to the preparation of progress reports. Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including Tribal Nations Research Group, Turtle Mountain Communications, and microbusiness participants. Participant Engagement Assist in the coordination and scheduling of participant meetings, training sessions, and community outreach events. Provide on-the-ground support during events and training sessions to ensure smooth operation and participant satisfaction.

Collaboration and Reporting Work closely with the Project Director and other team members to ensure all project goals are met on time and within budget. Contribute to the preparation of grant reports, ensuring that all required documentation and data are accurately compiled and submitted. Skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. Attention to detail and ability to work independently. Other related job duties as assign by Director. Qualifications Preferably a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Project Management or related field.

Must have 2 years experience in project coordination, administrative support, or similar role.
