Role - Tutors Hiring AssociateLocation: Dubai (Preferred) / RemoteExperience: 1–3 yearsRole SummaryWe are looking for a Tutor Hiring Associate with strong experience in hiring tutors across global regions—including the US, UK, Europe, Middle East, and India. The role involves sourcing, screening, and evaluating tutors across various international curricula such as IB, IGCSE, A-Level, American, British, CBSE, and others.ResponsibilitiesSource tutors from global markets and build a strong subject- and curriculum-wise database.Screen profiles based on curriculum knowledge, teaching experience, and subject expertise.Coordinate interviews, demo sessions, and evaluation rounds with academic teams.Assist in assessing demo classes, communication skills, and teaching style.Manage end-to-end recruitment—from sourcing to onboarding documentation.Maintain hiring trackers, reports, and candidate pipelines.Communicate requirements clearly to candidates and internal stakeholders.Requirements1–3 years of experience in tutor/teacher hiring or education-sector recruitment.Good understanding of IB, IGCSE, A-Level, British, American, and CBSE curricula.Strong communication and coordination skills.Comfortable working across different time zones when needed.Based in Dubai or open to remote work.PreferredExperience with EdTech or international school hiring.Ability to evaluate demo lessons.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
