Job Description

Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Product Analyst to join our product team. This role is ideal for someone with 1-2 years of professional experience, or a recent graduate with hands-on experience through internships, projects, or part-time roles in tech, analytics, or product environments. You will be responsible for supporting data-driven decision-making through insightful analysis, helping our teams deliver products that are innovative, scalable, and user-centric. As a Product Analyst, you will gain hands-on experience in product lifecycle management, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and develop a deep understanding of how user behavior shapes product strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Performance AnalysisAnalyze user engagement, retention, and feature usage metrics to assess product health and performance Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in user data to inform product improvements KPI Monitoring and ReportingAssist in defining, tracking, and refining product KPIs that align with business goals Build and maintain recurring reports and dashboards to communicate performance updates to stakeholders User Behavior and Journey MappingMap user flows, funnels, and drop-off points to identify friction in the product experience Help generate hypotheses for why users behave a certain way and test them through data Experimentation and Validation Support the design, execution, and analysis of A/B tests and product experiments Measure the impact of new features and iterate based on real-world feedback Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with product managers, designers, developers, and marketing teams to align analysis with strategic objectives Translate business questions into analytical tasks and deliver insights in an actionable format Research and Discovery Assist in market, competitor, and customer research to guide product roadmap planning Collect and analyze qualitative feedback alongside quantitative data to form a holistic view of product performanceQualification:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or a related field 1-2 years of professional experience in a relevant role, or a recent graduate with practical exposure through internships, projects, or part-time work Strong analytical mindset with an ability to break down complex problems into simple, data-backed solutions Familiarity with spreadsheet tools such as Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas, pivot tables, and charts Exposure to product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Google Analytics is a plus Eagerness to learn data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI Solid communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical findings to non-technical audiences Self-starter with intellectual curiosity, initiative, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment Passion for digital products, design thinking, and user-centric development Nice to Have:
