Responsibilities:
Procurement & Purchasing OperationsPerforming all procurement activities including pre-qualification, negotiating supplier agreements, preparation of contracts and tender managementPerform sourcing and purchase of goods or services in line with specified budget, quality and delivery targetsIssue purchase orders and perform receiving transactionsManaging overall direction, coordination and evaluation of procurement for the organizationStrategy, Policy & ComplianceCreating policies and procedures for risk management and mitigationEnsure compliance to company guidelines, purchasing policies and procedures, and audit requirementsIdentifying areas for improvement to continually drive performance and business resultsRequirements: At least a Bachelor’s degree in related field. Minimum 4-5 years' working experience in Procurement.
Familiar in supply chain process. Good negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Resourcefulness with good time management skills. High integrity and reliable. Able to work with minimum supervision. Job location: Jing Si Hall Kepong, walking distance to MRT station
