ResponsibilitiesOversee daily Record-to-Report (RTR) operations to ensure alignment with corporate KPIs, SLAs, and financial reporting standards. Lead the preparation of timely and accurate financial statements, reports, and analyses, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Ensure adherence to company policies and accounting principles across all RTR activities, maintaining consistency and accuracy in financial reporting. Drive continuous process improvements by identifying automation opportunities, optimizing workflows, and leading system upgrades and change management initiatives. Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to reflect best practices and ensure ongoing compliance and operational excellence.
Establish and monitor robust internal controls to mitigate financial risks, safeguard data integrity, and ensure transparency in RTR operations. Supervise comprehensive documentation of RTR processes and controls to support audit readiness, traceability, and consistency. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing RTR team, setting clear goals, conducting regular performance reviews, and fostering professional growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to provide financial insights, support strategic decision-making, and resolve inquiries. Coordinate with external auditors and finance teams to ensure smooth audits and seamless exchange of financial data and documentation.
RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, CMA, or ACCA certification is an added advantage. Minimum 10 years of progressive finance experience, with strong expertise in Record-to-Report (RTR) and team leadership. Solid understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and other relevant accounting standards and compliance requirements. Proven leadership skills with the ability to develop high-performing teams and drive results. Proficient in ERP systems (e. g. , SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills for data analysis and financial reporting. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
Experience in process improvement and change management, with the ability to adapt to evolving business needs. Highly organized, collaborative, and results-driven, with a proactive approach to managing multiple priorities.
