Job Purpose: The primary purpose of this position will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing and sales initiatives to drive revenue growth, enhance brand visibility, and achieve the company’s annual sales target. Reporting to the CMO, this role will lead a high-performing team, oversee all marketing and sales activities, and ensure alignment with the company’s business objectives, as well as overall branding and marketing vision as determined at group level. This job opportunity is available across both regions in Kuala Lumpur and Johor Bahru. Responsibilities:
Sales & Revenue ManagementStrategise, drive and monitor sales performance across all property developments. Plan and execute sales campaigns to achieve project-specific and overall revenue targets. Work with internal sales teams to ensure lead generation, sales conversion and customer retention strategies are effectively implemented. Team Leadership & DevelopmentSet team objectives, monitor progress and ensure high levels of engagement and productivity for a high performance and results driven mindset. Provide coaching and leadership to build a motivated and capable team aligned with business outcomes. .
Brand & Project/Product PositioningOversee brand alignment with standard set at group level for corporate brand and individual project/product identities. Ensure consistent messaging and positioning across advertising, digital platforms and promotional materials. Manage media planning, PR and creative direction to support awareness and trust in the company’s offerings. Product & Pricing Strategy Lead product positioning, pricing strategies, and competitive analysis to ensure strong market competitiveness and value proposition. Marketing Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and execute integrated marketing plans tailored to each development project including pricing, product positioning and launch strategy.
Conduct market intelligence, feasibility studies and competitor benchmarking to inform sales and marketing decisions. Measure and analyse marketing effectiveness and optimise campaigns based on performance data. Budgeting & Financial Management Manage sales and marketing budgets effectively, optimizing resource allocation to maximize return on investment (ROI). Stakeholder & Cross-Functional CollaborationCollaborate with other departments to ensure timely launches and compliance. Liaise with partners to facilitate financing, agreements and approvals. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. Total Work Experience: Minimum of 15 years in sales, marketing communications or a related field. Relevant Experience:
At least 7 years of experience in senior roles involving strategic marketing, brand management, etc. Proven expertise in developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies. Proven track record of achieving sales targetsExceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive results. Expertise in digital marketing, market analysis, and customer relationship management (CRM) tools. Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a focus on customer insights and competitor trends. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage budgets and meet tight deadlines. Proven leadership and team management experience, fostering collaboration and high performance.
