该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1、负责算力BU产品及解决方案软件系统的UI/视觉/交互等体验设计工作，针对业务及应用场景提供体验设计解决方案； 2、持续对设计规范、设计组件进行维护、更新、实施，保证体验持续提升； 3、与周边领域配合，推动设计方案执行，并走访客户，跟踪落地效果。 岗位要求：1、熟练掌握体验设计工具和方法，有项目/比赛经验和对应的作品集； 2、具备独立且完整的思维推导能力，沉淀设计的经验和方法论； 3、具备跨团队、跨区域的出色的沟通和协作能力。 工作地点：郑州
