Join us to be part of an innovative team shaping the digital landscape.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior UI/UX Designer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in user interface and user experience design. In this role, you’ll be responsible for leading the design of intuitive, engaging, and scalable digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate user needs and business goals into beautiful, functional designs.Lead the end-to-end UI/UX design process for new and existing products.Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.Create user personas, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.Design responsive interfaces that provide a seamless user experience across devices and platforms.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure cohesive and consistent experiences.Advocate for the user while balancing business objectives.Maintain and evolve design systems and component libraries.Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.Qualifications5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience, ideally in a fast-paced, agile environment.Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including web and mobile applications.Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar.Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.Experience conducting user research and usability testing.Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.•• Applications with no portfolio will not be considered••
