You’ll bring a calm, confident energy to your work, collaborate openly with stakeholders, and proactively share ideas to elevate user experience across our B2B software. Your day-to-day might include:Designing and refining user journeys and interfaces from low-fidelity exploration to polished execution.Validating concepts to ensure we deliver experiences that truly work for our users.Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design quality and alignment with business goals.Maintaining and evolving our design system to keep our products visually consistent and scalable.Collaborating within the UI/UX team to share feedback, drive consistency and spark new ideas.  What We’re Looking For Must-Have Skills:Solid experience as a UI/UX Designer or Engineer, ideally within a product-led or software environment.Strong understanding of user-centred design principles, usability, accessibility, and responsive UI design.Confidence in collaborating across teams and clearly communicating design ideas both visually and verbally.Strong systems thinking, with the ability to work from low-fidelity flows and concepts through to high-fidelity design execution.Proven experience in evolving and maintaining a design system.Proficiency in Figma with a clean and organised way of working. Qualifications & Experience:A degree in UI/UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Digital Design, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience.Experience working in agile teams and contributing to design systems.Previous exposure to B2B software or enterprise-level tools is a bonus.Experience designing both web and native applications is a plus.   If you’re ready to design experiences that make a difference, grow in a supportive global team, and bring your full self to work every day — we’d love to hear from you.
