UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a designer who can solve problems creatively and effectively. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with a cross-functional team consisting of product managers, engineers, and other related stakeholdersJob DescriptionHands-on in the end-to-end product design process from empathizing towards users’ problems, ideation, taking designs from early concepts to pixel-perfect final production, and prototypesCollaborate with the Product Manager, Engineer, and other related stakeholders to define and implement innovative features for the productProactively seek/give feedback from other stakeholders to make sure concepts are meeting the intended project goalEffectively deliver features and improvements in a well-defined scopeRequirementsMinimum 3 years of relevant experience in a related fieldStrong proficiency in product design with extensive and demonstrated expertise in visual hierarchy, layout, and information architectureStrong analytical ability with proven strength in suggesting creative solutions and innovative ideasA team player that is collaborative, and proactive, and has good communication to collaborate with various stakeholdersDeep empathy and interest in keeping your customers’ point of view in the forefront, constantly bringing questions back to what will serve them bestDemonstrate the ability to identify effective design patterns and proactively improve them.Good Understanding of Design Process and usage of data.Excellent organizational and collaboration skills to manage a wide range of stakeholdersStrong expertise with design software such as Figma and Overflow.Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
