oCommerce LLC. is looking for a creative, data-driven UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. You’ll design intuitive, high-performing digital experiences for both our own e-commerce brands and our clients across various industries.This is not just about making things look beautiful, it’s about designing with purpose: every layout, button, and flow should serve a business goal and enhance conversions.What You’ll DoDesign and optimize Shopify e-commerce websites and high-converting landing pages for our portfolio brands and agency clients.Collaborate closely with developers, marketers, and project managers to bring ideas from concept to launch.Conduct user research, create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows in Figma.Apply conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles to improve user experience and business performance.Analyze data and feedback to iterate on designs and continuously enhance usability.Ensure brand consistency and high visual standards across all platforms.Who You AreYou have 1-3 years of UI/UX design experience, ideally in an agency or e-commerce environment.You’re fluent in Figma and can demonstrate strong proficiency in using Auto Layout and Components to create scalable, efficient designs.You’re familiar with tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, Miro, or Hotjar/Clarity.You understand how design impacts conversion rates, retention, and user behavior.You have experience collaborating with web developers and understand basic front-end capabilities (HTML, CSS knowledge is a plus).You have an eye for detail, great communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.Nice to HaveExperience in A/B testing or CRO platforms (e.g. Google Optimize, VWO, Convert).Familiarity with Framer and/or Elementor (appreciated but not required).Understanding of UX copywriting and user psychology.Familiarity with Shopify or WordPress/WooCommerce environments.Why Join oCommerce LLCAt oCommerce, we don’t just build websites, we build brands.
