UI/UX Designer

Our team delivers innovative solutions that help insurance companies and technology firms modernize and scale.Role DescriptionYou will work with the Radity Design team and clients directly, creating and updating wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity Figma designs. You will collaborate closely with the development team to ensure that the final product is user-friendly, visually appealing, and aligned with user needs and business goals. You will also have the opportunity to lead UX projects, manage smaller design initiatives, and contribute to the evolution of our design systems and processes.QualificationsExperience in UI/UX design, including wireframing, prototyping, and creating visual designs.Focus on web applications, business applications, and dashboards (not mobile).Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.Experience with Design Systems (e.g., MUI, Mantine).Experience with AI tools and rapid prototyping workflows.Strong understanding of design principles and best practices.Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate effectively.Ability to lead a UI/UX project and manage client communication independently.Excellent attention to detail, task, and small project management skills.C1-level English fluency.Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.Application ProcessA link to your portfolio is required as part of your application.
