Having a solid understanding of technology as well as business needs in general is a big plus.What You Need To Get The Job Done3+ years documented hands on experience conducting requirements gathering, stake holder interviews, usability studies, user stories/user flow designs and persona definitions5+ years experience working with interactive design, creating wireframes, user flows5+ years experience designing pixel perfect UI designs and/or animations for leading edge products, web applications; mobile applications a plus3+ years experience working closely in cross functional teams of engineersSolid experience with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator, PhotoshopWhat Will Make Us REALLY Love YouYou have a solid understanding of best design practices across mobile as well as web and can express them clearlyExperience creating style guides, branding guidelines and similar a plusExperience designing highly interactive experiences a plus Experience working with clients in a services capacity a plusStrong graphical design skills a plusPortfolio and walkthrough experience requiredWhat You’ll Love About UsAt Syntronic, our employees are our greatest asset.
