Trust us to take care of the commercial complexities whilst you focus on driving your business forwards.Job OverviewSeeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to support a growing quantity surveying and estimating business, providing comprehensive support in project cost management, estimation, and financial tracking.Key ResponsibilitiesPreparation of priced Bills of Quantities (BOQs) using UK measurement standards (SMM7, NRM2, etc.)Preparation of cost estimates and pricing documents for tender submissionsMaterial Take-offs and measurement from drawings (2D PDFs)Supporting tender evaluations and commercial reportsProduce accurate cost plans as per the RIBA StagesAssisting with contract administration and variationsRegular communication and updates with UK-based teamMaintaining organised project files and recordsQuality checking of all deliverables prior to submissionOccasional liaison with clients via email or video call, as requiredManage contractor payments and final account forecastingProduce, track and analyze project cash flowsAnalyze project tender submissions & produce comparison documentSupport procurement and tendering processesProject Administrative SupportMaintain accurate financial recordsCollaborate on project financial strategiesQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related fieldAt least 3 years professional experience in quantity surveyingStrong understanding of construction financial managementProficiency in spreadsheet and financial softwareExcellent analytical and mathematical skillsPreferred Skills:UK construction sector experienceProfessional certificationsWork Schedule (Mid shift)Monday to Friday 11AM-8PM; Manila TimeWork Setup (WFH)Permanent HomebasedEquipment will be provided by the companyCandidates are required to have a stable and reliable internet connection at home with at least 20MBPS for BOTH download AND upload speed.By clicking on the "I'm Interested" button I hereby allow Outsourced Quality Assured Services, Inc.
