The ideal candidate will be the face of our community's security, ensuring a safe and peaceful environment for all residents.Key Responsibilities:Manage the gated access control point, verifying the identity of residents, guests, and vendors.Maintain accurate logs of all visitors and deliveries entering and exiting the community.Respond to and document any incidents, alarms, or disturbances in a timely and professional manner.Enforce community rules and regulations to ensure the safety and compliance of all residents and guests.Qualifications:Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is preferred.1 to 2 Years of experience in SecurityReliable Transportation ( your own vehicle).Must be able to commute to Duluth, GABeing Able to Stand for Prolonged Times ( 8 hours )Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and make sound judgments.Must be able to pass a background check.Pay: Starting at $18/hr with a potential increase to $23/hrEligible for Holliday bonus pay!!Schedule: Part-Time (28 hours/week)Education Requirements (All)High School Diploma/ GEDThis job reports to the Tevin HolmesThis is a Part-Time positionNumber of Openings for this position: 1Back Apply NowBackApply Now
