New Business Underwriting Specialist / 新契約査定担当EN:You'll be responsible for assessing environmental and medical risks for new life insurance applications. The role involves improving underwriting processes to increase speed and simplicity while contributing to policy and operational enhancements.JP: 生命保険の新契約における環境リスク・医務リスクの査定を担当していただきます。より迅速かつシンプルな査定を実現するための業務改善や、規定・運用の見直しなどにも取り組んでいただきます。Key Responsibilities / 主な業務内容EN:Underwriting of new life insurance contracts and related operationsPlan and implement deficiency reduction and process improvementsUpdate policies, manuals, and underwriting guidelinesManage and supervise outsourcing vendorsTrain and support team members(depending on level)JP:新契約引受査定および付随業務不備削減や業務改善の企画・立案・実行規定改定、マニュアル整備等委託先の管理・監督所属メンバーの育成（職位に応じて）【Requirements / 応募要件】EN:Insurance industry experienceUnderwriting experience preferredBasic PC skills (Excel / Word / PowerPoint)Business phone communication skillsProactive, continuous learning mindsetStrong communication and teamwork abilityEnglish is a plusJP:保険業界での実務経験査定経験あれば尚可基本的なPCスキル（Excel／Word／PowerPoint）ビジネス電話対応スキル前向きに学び続けられる方主体的に行動できる方積極的に関係者と連携できる方英語力あれば尚可
