Job Description

Job PurposeProvide strategic and operational leadership in managing end-to-end billing processes for pension contributions. The role ensures that employer invoices are accurate, contributions are fully reconciled, and discrepancies are resolved promptly to maintain financial integrity, regulatory compliance, and strong stakeholder relationships.Key Responsibilities Billing Management Oversee accurate and timely preparation of employer invoices in line with scheme rules. Monitor payment timelines, outstanding balances, and resolve billing queries in collaboration with Data Processing and Consumer Experience teams. Contribution Reconciliation Lead reconciliation of contribution payments against billing schedules and bank statements. Track suspense accounts, investigate variances, and align member-level data with financial records.System & Process Optimization Drive automation and process improvement initiatives for efficient billing and reconciliation. Collaborate with IT and custodians to ensure system accuracy and cross-platform integration.Reporting: Ensure timely delivery of monthly business, regulatory, and scheme board reports, along with any ad-hoc reports, in line with agreed timelines and standards.Team Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement Lead and coach the billing team to achieve KPIs and maintain a culture of accountability and excellence. Engage employers, custodians, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and provide insights on trends and risks.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field.Professional certification (e.g., ICA, ACCA, CIMA) is an advantage.Experience in IT will be an advantage Minimum of 5–7 years’ experience in financial operations or pensions billing/reconciliation, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.Knowledge of pension administration systems and regulatory requirements is highly desirable.Competencies Core – Friendliness, Professionalism, Reliability, Excellence, Trust.Leadership – Building Culture, Customer Sensitivity, Innovation, Super Connector, Change Leadership.Technical Strong analytical and reconciliation skillsAttention to detail and accuracyLeadership and team managementProficiency in Excel and financial systems (ERP/Pension platforms)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of NPRA regulations and compliance frameworksProcess improvement and automation orientationProblem-solving and decision-making capabilitiesExcellent reporting and analytical tool proficiency📩 Applications should be sent to: hr.trustees@myenterprisegroup.io🗓️ Deadline: 18th Nov 2025⚠️ Note: Only short-listed applicants will be contacted.
