Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Unit Manager based in Makati, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Unit Manager will lead, develop, and manage a team of financial advisors to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service. Responsibilities include recruiting, training, and mentoring team members, monitoring performance metrics, and developing strategic plans to enhance productivity. The Unit Manager will also ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements while fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
