Your journey starts here.How will it be to work with us?Hands-on Aircraft Maintenance support: Assist Certifying Staff in carrying out and verifying all maintenance work required by Volotea, ensuring compliance with our MOE procedures and industry standards.Defect troubleshooting & rectification: Identify, diagnose, and help resolve inbound defects, as well as those discovered during routine inspections. You’ll also assist in managing deferred defects efficiently.Ensuring safety & compliance: Verify that all maintenance tasks are completed to the highest safety standards, ensuring no non-compliances that could impact flight safety.Technical documentation & records: Support the accurate completion of aircraft technical logs and associated documents, making sure all maintenance details, references, and certifications are properly recorded.Operational support & coordination: Work closely with Volotea’s Maintenance Control Center to assist aircraft experiencing technical issues, minimizing operational disruptions.Communication with flight crews: Ensure that flight crews receive clear instructions in the technical log when their actions are required to verify aircraft airworthiness.Reporting & compliance: Adhere to Volotea’s internal reporting processes, including filing Technical Delay reports and Safety reports as necessary.Line Station maintenance & logistics: Help maintain an organized and efficient work environment by managing tools, vehicles, and facilities. A deep understanding of aircraft systems enables you to troubleshoot defects, perform necessary repairs, and ensure aircraft remain airworthy and compliant.Fluency in English and French is essential when working with international teams, manufacturers, and regulatory bodies. You’ll be collaborating with engineers, mechanics, and flight crews daily. Strong verbal and written communication skills will ensure smooth coordination across all parties.Detail orientation and organization will help you manage maintenance schedules, documentation, and compliance records effectively—key for maintaining operational efficiency.Aviation is a dynamic industry, and being proactive, adaptable, and cooperative will help you thrive in high-pressure situations while contributing positively to the team.Experience using AMOS and Airbus World will enable you to efficiently handle technical documentation, track maintenance tasks, and support aircraft compliance.
