Our platform will allow users to modify materials, collaborate in real-time, and receive intelligent design suggestions, all streamed seamlessly to any browser.We have the vision, a working proof-of-concept, and a clear roadmap.Now, we need the architect of our platform's intelligence.Your MissionWe are looking for a brilliant Unreal Engine Technical Director (AI Integration) to be the crucial link between our AI core and our real-time 3D world. You will be the engineer who gives our virtual spaces a soul, working directly with our CTO and our Technical Artist to weave complex AI models into UE5. You won't just be writing code; you'll  build a product and define how users interact with intelligent environments.Key ResponsibilitiesSystems Architecture: Design and implement a robust, low‑latency integration layer between AI services and UE5, enabling reliable, scalable, and secure data flows.In‑Editor AI Tools: Build production‑ready tools and workflows in UE5 (C++/Blueprints) for features such as:Automatic layout and furnishing suggestionsIntelligent material selection and matchingReal‑time design conflict detection and resolutionContext‑aware prompts and guidance for users and collaboratorsCloud & Streaming Pipeline: Own deployment, optimization, and operations of the UE5 Pixel Streaming pipeline on AWS (or equivalent), including GPU orchestration, autoscaling, observability, and cost/performance tuning.Performance & Reliability: Establish performance budgets, profiling practices, and CI/CD to ensure a smooth, low‑latency experience across devices and networks.Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with the CTO, technical art, and product stakeholders to translate product goals into technical plans, milestones, and deliverables.Technical Pioneering: Explore novel integrations and solve problems without textbook answers—rapidly prototype, validate, and productize.The Offer: A True Startup DealWe believe in rewarding those who build the future with us.
