You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, manage data, and contribute to strategic initiatives.In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity ToAssist in order management, customer support, and service coordination Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer needs Support reporting, documentation, and performance tracking Contribute to projects focused on operational efficiency and customer engagement Location: This position is available in San Luis Potosí, SLP.Start Date: January 2026QualificationsStudying Last semesters or recent graduated in bachelor's degree in business administration, International Business, Marketing, Commerce, Industrial Engineering, or related Degree must be obtained within 12 months of the date of hire Must not have more than 6 months since graduation at the time of hire Must have a valid RFC (Registro Federal de Contribuyentes) Must be available to work full-time, Monday to Friday Must have advanced English proficiencyStrong communication and organizational skills Analytical mindset and attention to detail Initiative and ability to work independently Experience with customer service, business operations, or administrative tasks Familiarity with tools such as Excel, Power BI, SAP, or CRM platforms Passion for improving customer experience and business processes Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
