US Accountant

About the RoleWe’re looking for an experienced US Accountant with a strong background in QuickBooks and US accounting practices. The ideal candidate must be comfortable managing end-to-end accounting processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesManage Accounts Receivable (AR), invoicing, collections, and credit bills.Handle Accounts Payable, expense management, and vendor reconciliations.Process payroll accurately and ensure compliance with US payroll regulations.Maintain general ledger, balance sheet reconciliations, and monthly/quarterly closing activities.Prepare and file US tax returns and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.Generate accurate financial reports for management.Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting.Work on QuickBooks (mandatory) for daily accounting operations.RequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance.Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in US Accounting.Strong expertise in QuickBooks (must-have).Hands-on experience in AR, AP, payroll, expense management, balance sheets, and tax filings.Strong knowledge of US GAAP and compliance requirements.Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).Willingness to shift from night shifts (12:00 PM – 9:00 PM IST).Strictly Work from Office, Hyderabad.
