US ACCOUNTANT Location: Clark/Cebu/Manila/Tarlac (Onsite)Shift: 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM PHTExperience Required: Minimum 1-2 years' experience in US accounting firm or SME Unlock your potential! ABOUT THIS ROLE . . .We are looking for a Junior Accountant with solid US Accounting and Tax experience.This role is ideal for someone who has moved beyond junior responsibilities and is confident handling end-to-end accounting and tax compliance for a diverse range of US clients. experience. WHAT YOU'LL DO:Prepare U.S. federal and state individual, partnership, and corporate income tax returns under the supervision of senior accountants.Maintain accurate and organized accounting records using QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online.Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.Manage all aspects of the General Ledger, including journal entries and account reconciliations (bank, credit card, etc.).Process accounts receivable and payable in a timely and accurate manner.Prepare financial reports and work papers by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.Communicate regularly with the U.S. accounting team to clarify data, resolve issues, and ensure deliverables are met on time.Ensure compliance with firm and regulatory standards, maintaining well-documented workpapers and support files.Exposure to multi-state filings or estate & trust tax matters is a plus.WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.1-2 years' US accounting experienceAbility to prepare tax returns and financial statementsPrepares federal/state tax returns (1040, 1120, 1065, 1041) under supervisionDrafts financial statements in accordance with US GAAPAssists with payroll and sales tax complianceWHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?A competitive salaryHealth Insurance, and Life Insurance coverage21 annual paid leavesAnnual increase (Annual Performance Review)Tenure Recognition Program20+ options of free coffee and chocolate drinksBilliards, table tennis, or foosball in our breakout roomWork-life balance and logging off on time for you to enjoy more personal time.A genuinely diverse, caring, supportive and high achieving team environment.Ongoing training, development and career progression opportunitiesFree & conveniently located onsite parking.
