We are committed to innovation and excellence in the world of esports, providing opportunities for players and fans alike.The Role:The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in the gaming/esports industry with in-depth knowledge of partnerships, sponsorships and sales. The role will support the development of new partners, manage and retain current partners through creative concepts and deliverables. This position reports directly to the US team, and will play a key role in the overall partnership process requiring a great communicator and multi-tasker. We are looking for a highly motivated team player, with a “roll up your sleeves” mentality who desires to be a game changer in this evolving industry. Positioin Info:Location/Department: Los Angeles // US PartnershipsPosition Type: Contractor (90 days), Opportunity to convert to Full-TimeHire Timeline: ASAP (will be closed when hired)Responsibilities●     Identifying and contacting potential partners/sponsors interested in esports/gaming. ●     Formulate and strategize ideas and concepts based on client KPIs and objectives.●     Manage clients and partners required daily tasks & responsibilities.●     Create/write briefs, proposals and recaps ●     Understand basic P&L and budgeting●     Staying current on company related projects, including esports and gaming.Key Qualifications:●     Bachelor’s Degree (or 4-6 years equivalent experience in industry)●     Extensive knowledge of the overall esports and gaming industry●     Strong in writing briefs, editing presentations and presenting to partners●     Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills●     Ability to understand analytics, fan insight and social tracking●     Proactive, Positive Attitude, & Team Player About Gen.G:Across its business lines that span the best of gaming education programming, lifestyle content and merchandising, and championship esports competitive teams, Gen.G emphasizes esports excellence, pioneering education development, and innovative technology integrations and is a global thought leader fostering a new generation for gaming.
