At Cornerstone Talent Solutions, we’re looking for an experienced U.S. Tax Specialist to join our client’s accounting team. This role involves preparing and/or reviewing U.S. federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and fiduciaries while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional client service.🤲🏻 What we offer:Competitive salary.Monday to Friday. 8-hour shift. Remote position.Flexible and team-oriented work environment.Necessary equipment provided.Opportunity to work with a US-based company.⚡What you'll do:Prepare and review U.S. tax returns: 1040, 1120, 1120S, 1065, and 1041.Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws.Provide feedback and support to preparers, identifying tax-saving opportunities and compliance risks.Communicate directly with clients—addressing inquiries, providing updates, and maintaining positive relationships.Research and resolve tax issues; assist in complex filings and audit preparation.Meet deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative remote environment.💡You are:Well-spoken bilingual with a B2+/C1 English level.5+ years of hands-on U.S. tax experience in public accounting (preparation and/or review).Strong technical knowledge of U.S. federal, state, and local tax laws.Proficiency in CCH Axcess is mandatoryCPA or EA license highly preferred; MST or advanced tax coursework a plus.Experience working with U.S.-based firms in a nearshore/offshore capacity is desirable.If you’re a detail-oriented tax professional passionate about accuracy, client service, and continuous learning, this is your chance to grow with a dynamic U.S.-based accounting team.
