As a next-gen automotive tech platform, we connect customers directly with authorized new car dealers and verified used car partners through AI-powered listings, hyper-targeted offers, and digital-first engagement tools.Our mission: to make car buying and selling smarter, faster, and more transparent.Role OverviewWe’re looking for a Used Car Business Development Executive to manage relationships with used car dealers and drive growth within the pre-owned segment. The ideal candidate is someone with strong industry connections, a sales-driven mindset, and a passion for helping dealer partners scale their online presence through Hyp Mobility.Key ResponsibilitiesDealer Management & PartnershipsOnboard, manage, and retain used car dealers on the Hyp Mobility platform.Build long-term relationships with key dealer partners to ensure inventory accuracy and active listings.Act as the primary point of contact for all dealer communication, training, and performance updates.Sales & Revenue GrowthDrive lead generation, subscription sales, and promotional partnerships with used car dealers.Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities for Hyp Mobility’s digital marketing and premium listing services.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets aligned with company objectives.Market DevelopmentIdentify new business opportunities across key cities in the UAE.Analyze competitor activity and pricing trends to strengthen Hyp Mobility’s dealer value proposition.Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to tailor solutions for the used car ecosystem.Operations & ReportingEnsure timely collection and updating of dealer inventory, offers, and visuals.Prepare weekly reports on dealer engagement, revenue pipeline, and conversion metrics.Maintain data accuracy across CRM and platform tools.Key RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.2–5 years of experience in automotive sales, used cars, marketplace operations, or dealer management (preferably in UAE).Strong understanding of the used car market, dealer network, and pricing dynamics.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and digital sales platforms.Valid UAE driving license is a must.Why Join Hyp MobilityBe part of one of UAE’s fastest-growing automotive tech startups.Work directly with authorized dealer networks and leading car brands.Fast-paced, high-impact role with clear growth opportunities.Competitive salary + performance-based incentives.To Apply:Send your resume and a short note on your automotive experience to admin@hyp-mobility.com with the subject line: Used Car BDE – [Your Name]
