Adecco's client - a global affiliate marketing company, is hiring User Acquisition Executive to help them expand their users by identifying, engaging, and managing local users for our advisers, who own globalcommunication and social-discovery platforms.This role involves building trusted relationships with individuals who are willing to be high-quality, verified users on the platforms and ensure active participation.ResponsibilitiesBuild & maintain relationships with individuals, communities, or agencies who can refer quality users.Identify and onboard potential users, promote platform features and ensure that all users comply with platform standards — real identity verification, authentic behavior, and consistent activity.Monitor and analyze user performance using internal reporting tools.Coordinate closely with the customer success team and provide users with guidance, performance insights& actionable advice to optimize user acquisition strategies.Stay up to date on local trends in social networking, entertainment, and user engagement.QualificationsDeep understanding of local online culture, trends, and user behavior3+ year of experience in business development, user acquisition, influencer / agency partnerships, or online community management. Candidates from modelling agency or with the wide network of KOLs/streamers will be preferred.Strong communication and negotiation skills in both local language and English.Familiarity with social media platforms, communication apps, or online community tools.Ability to work independently and comfortable working in a dynamic, startup-like environment with performance-based goals.Analytical mindset — able to interpret data and optimize performance.
