You’ll work closely with the Support team to improve guides, tutorials, and knowledge base resources — ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.ResponsibilitiesCreate & update user documentation: Write guides, tutorials, and manuals that make our platform easy to useEnhance knowledge base content: Maintain FAQs, troubleshooting articles, and best practicesCollaborate with Product & Dev teams: Ensure documentation reflects the latest updates and featuresIncorporate user feedback: Identify documentation gaps and improve claritySupport multimedia integration: Help create tutorial videos and visuals (screenshots, Storylane, Storytodoc)Ensure consistency & compliance: Apply a clear, uniform style while respecting SaaS industry standardsInternal training & reporting: Assist with feature training, monitor the Help Center chatbot, and produce regular reportsAbout You Currently enrolled in a university program (English, Communications, Technical Writing, Information Management, Business, or related)Excellent writing skills — able to explain technical concepts clearlyStrong attention to detail (consistency, typos, formatting)Research-driven and curious, eager to learn about SaaS and documentationOrganized & proactive, capable of handling multiple projects Comfortable working independently, but collaborative when neededFluent in English (French or German is a plus)Practical InformationInternship must be covered by a university agreementFull-time (5 days/week) for at least 6 monthsHybrid: 3 days/week in our Brussels office Start date: ASAPOur Offer 350€ per month1 day of holiday earned per monthA meaningful internship where you’ll have ownership over your work—not just stand by the copy machine!Be part of an international team with colleagues from over 15 nationalities in 7 countries.
