As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a critical role in creating intuitive, engaging and user-centered digital experience across our platforms. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers and designers, to translate user needs and business goals into great customer experience. You will possess a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles to craft user-centered customer journeys. Responsibilities:Collaborate effectively with product managers, designers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements and propose user-centered solutions to complex problems.Balance business requirements with a customer-centric design approach, creating user flows, customer journey mapping, wireframes, prototypes, customer journeys and mock-ups.Design, maintain and contribute the team’s UI design system.Contribute and ensure consistency of the design system and design language across all customer touchpoints.Identify, audit and troubleshoot key UI and UX issues, offering creative solutions to enhance user experiences.Work closely with software engineers, QAs to perform UAT to ensure implementation meets design specs and standards. Effectively communicate ideas, designs, and recommendations to stakeholders to maximize customer impact.Stay updated with industry design trends, best practices and user experience research, applying insights to enhance customer journeys.Qualifications:5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX for web, mobile, software.Expert proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite.Demonstrate a meticulous attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense in all design work.Solid foundations in UX principles, methodologies and ability to apply them when proposing solutions.Solid foundations in web/app design principles, including responsive design, grid layouts and accessibility standards.Basic understanding of technology systems and financial services.Basic understanding of how front-end technologies work (e.g HTML,CSS).Experience in planning and conducting user research, usability testing and discovery workshops, as well as synthesizing information to actionable insights.Nice to have:Proven working experience in technology systems, banking and financial services products.Motion Design Skills: Design and create micro-interactions or animations to enhance user experience.Advanced prototyping skills (e.g Protopie, HTML/CSS, Framer, Vibe Coding)Advanced 3D design tools (e.g Spline)Experience with Agile Methodology: Ability to work within agile frameworks and adapt to fast-paced iterative development cycles.Data driven mindset: Ability to leverage data and analytics to gain insights to optimize user experience
