User Experience Designer

We handle the complex connections between hardware, workflows, and teams, eliminating manual coordination and repetitive tasks.We are looking for talented, experienced UX Designers with a sense of ownership, leadership, problem solving, and individual development to help shape our identity at Formulatrix.You'll help shape the product in every aspect of the product development process, from brainstorming new ideas to refining the final details before launch. We’ll expect you to utilize your full range of product design, interaction design and visual design skills --This means you won't just design what's on the screen; you will collaborate closely with hardware engineers for designing user’s interaction model-- to define how the user interacts with the hardware while contributing to high-level strategic decisions with product and executive partners.In return, we offer a rewarding salary and benefits package, a flexible and vibrant "down to earth" corporate culture, employee empowerment, and excellent growth opportunities.Job DescriptionsHelp to define the flow and experience of the products at a requirements level, every touchpoint, software, and hardware, to make sure the user has a seamless and intuitive experience.Collaborate tightly with other designers, product managers, engineers, and scientists to shape strategy, high-user impact, balancing user needs and business needs to ensure the solutions are meet the needs, and scalable.Develop wireframes and mockups (if required, build prototypes) to help communicates the technical constraints, validate interaction models and communicate the product behavior.Iterate rapidly by actively gather and accommodate user feedback, and test the design.Facilitate a design review and actively provide feedback to engage directly with the audiences to continuously receive feedback and refine the work.Maintain and document a unified end-to-end design, driving consistency and efficiency.Help to build and maintain design system that foster consistency and efficiency while having the creativity to thrive.Willing to travel for work.RequirementsBachelor’s (S1/D4) degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, product design, or equivalent professional experience.
