6 Month with extensions 3 days on site Salary:45-50/hr T4A Job Description: We are seeking a talented UX Designer to join our Commercial Banking team and help shape intuitive, user-friendly experiences for our clients. You will play a key role in optimizing digital banking platforms, designing solutions that improve usability, enhance engagement, and drive business success.Key Responsibilities: Conduct user research to understand customer pain points and financial workflows.Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for banking applications.Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business analysts to align design with business goals.Design interfaces that comply with financial regulations and accessibility standards.Perform usability testing and refine designs based on feedback.Stay updated on trends in fintech and UX best practices.Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of UX Design ExperienceStrong Figma skillsStrong communication skills, stakeholder management,Demonstrated working experience on customer-facing websites with actionable designdirection which includes personas, prototypes, user testing, strategic planning.Demonstrated working experience with all aspects of user research, UI design, interactiondesign and usability for the web.A strong portfolio demonstrating past work and experience in UX solutions.Mastery of your craft with a passion to extend your knowledge of UX design principles,modern design tools, emerging technologies, Design thinking, Lean UX, Agile development,accessibility and industry practices and trends through your teamProficient in design and prototyping tools (Figma, FigJam, etc. presentation skillsExperience working in through agile development and waterfall methodologies.
