Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Define and implement research strategies across multiple projects, including identifying research goals, methods, and deliverables that align with business and product objectives.Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to ensure that research insights are integrated into the design and development processes. Advocate for the user and ensure their needs are reflected in the final product.Execute both quantitative research (e.g., surveys, A/B testing, data analysis) and qualitative research (e.g., user interviews, usability testing, ethnographic studies). Synthesize findings to derive actionable insights.Utilize research insights to inform and refine the design process, ensuring that products meet user needs, enhance usability, and deliver a seamless experience.Conduct in-depth analysis of the customer journey and behavior, identifying pain points, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Present research findings to stakeholders through clear and compelling reports, presentations, and workshops. Help teams make data-driven decisions by providing insights that align with both user needs and business goals.Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging research methodologies, and UX best practices to continually elevate the quality of our research and design process.Qualifications:2+ years of experience in UX researchStrong expertise in a variety of research methodologies, including usability testing, surveys, ethnographic research, A/B testing, and behavioral analytics.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Ability to translate research findings into actionable strategies that influence product design and business direction.Deep understanding of human-centered design principles and experience applying research findings to create intuitive, user-friendly products.Proficiency with tools such as Qualtrics, UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, SPSS, Tableau, and design tools like Figma or Sketch for research collaboration.Strong analytical skills and the ability to approach research problems creatively and strategically.
