User Experience Writer

Job Title: UX WriterLocation: Mountain View, CA (Onsite)Duration: 6-Month Contract + Possible ExtensionAbout the Role:We are seeking a talented UX Writer to craft clear, user-centric content for health and wellness applications across mobile and wearable platforms. You’ll collaborate with product managers, designers, researchers, and engineers to create engaging and consistent content that helps users manage and improve their health.Responsibilities:Write concise, user-focused copy for health and wellness appsCollaborate with PM, Design, and Research teams to align content with UX goals and style guidesSupport global stakeholders with content review, editing, and submission workflowsParticipate in user research and usability studiesWork closely with other UX writers to maintain consistency in content standardsMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s in English, Journalism, Technical Writing, Public Health, or related field5–7 years of UX writing experienceExperience creating consumer-focused health contentStrong communication, collaboration, and content strategy skillsAbility to adapt to fast-paced changes and incorporate feedbackPreferred Qualifications:Experience writing for mobile or wearable appsFamiliarity with Figma, Microsoft Office, Slack, and Adobe AcrobatExperience with AI-assisted writing toolsBackground in medical device or SaMD content
