Monitor industry trends, regularly produce relevant research reports, and continuously explore new marketing growth tactics for experimentation and implementation.职位要求:1. 3年以上业务拓展、B类市场营销、B类用户运营、以及管理经验，有日本当地工作背景。2. 具备协商谈判能力，了解日本市场用增类型、玩法趋势、媒体渠道与电商环境等，擅长通过合作拿结果，具有极强的目标感，具备资源拓展及整合能力。3. 良好的项目管理能力，能够同时处理多个任务，确保目标达成，具备市场洞察力，能够适应快速变化的市场环境，为业务增长提供创新解决方案。4. 普通话、日语皆能于商业环境流利沟通。1. Over 3 years of experience in business development, B2B marketing, B2B user operations, and management, with a background of working locally in the Japan.2. Strong negotiation skills, with an understanding of user growth strategies, trending approaches, media channels, and e-commerce landscapes in the Japan market. Adept at achieving results through collaboration, highly goal-oriented, and capable of resource expansion and integration.3. Excellent project management skills, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and ensure goal attainment.
