There’s no one like you and that’s why there’s nowhere like RSM.RSM Cloud & Managed Services – User Identity AnalystPosition DescriptionUser Identity Analysts are responsible for the creation, maintenance and execution of procedures to create, modify and terminate user logons in our managed service client’s information systems.Responsibilities IncludeFollowing written procedures to create, modify and/or terminate user logons in various information technology systemsManages and prioritizes workload of self and delegate support requests, cases and incidents when needed to other team members.Reviewing service requests through various channels such as: email, manual entry, forms or direct customer input.Diagnosing client requests and following up if information is unclear and/or missing. Recognize and determine the appropriate corrective action to mitigate issue.Adhere to documented processes and procedures in accordance with RSM Cloud & Managed Services SOC audit controls.Document all pertinent client end-user identification information, including client name, end-user name, contact information and understanding the nature of the request and/or urgency.Enforce workflow timing thresholds.Maintain\update client documentation when needed.Improve customer service, perception, and satisfaction.Ensure deadlines of customer requests are met.Notify Supervisors\Managers of any issues relating to SLA expectations.Ability to collaborate with teams and communicate effectively with others.Responsible for entering time and expenses as they occur.Other duties as assigned.Basic QualificationsAttention to detailCritical thinking and problem solving skillsSelf starter and proactiveMicrosoft Active Directory AdministrationMicrosoft 365/Azure Active Directory /Entra ID AdministrationInterpersonal skills: such as telephony skills, communication skills, active listening and customer-careAbility to multi-task and adapt to changing technologies and work methodsUnderstanding of support tools, techniques, and how technology is used to provide IT servicesAbility to deliver quality, accurate work within established deadlinesSelf-motivated with the ability to work in a fast paced environmentStrong organizational skillsWillingness to travel to other regional offices when needed.
