This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who is passionate about delivering intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling digital products.Key Responsibilities7+ years of professional UI/UX design experienceLead full lifecycle UX design for web and mobile applicationsCreate wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity mock-ups, and user journey mapsConduct user research, usability testing, and accessibility assessmentsEstablish and govern enterprise design systems and UI standardsCollaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and DevelopersProvide guidance to development teams on UI/UX best practicesRequired Experience & SkillsStrong expertise in responsive and interaction designDeep understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive designAdvanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent toolsWorking knowledge of HTML5, CSS, and modern UI frameworksProven experience building and maintaining design systemsExcellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills
