Unlike existing agent platforms, we (1) assume agents are mutually untrusted by default, and (2) enable bi-directional invocation between agents and humans. Backed by data-center partners at “tens of thousands of GPUs” scale, we’re launching a next-gen Agent-to-Agent credit + communication protocol. We offer stock options for early team members to grow with the company.What you’ll doOwn the end-to-end design of the Agent Marketplace website: information architecture, visual system, motion & micro-interactions, specs, and developer-ready deliverablesBuild and maintain the Design System / Design Tokens, driving consistency with front-end implementationIterate with data and user feedback, focusing on improvements to discovery, conversion funnels, trust & safetyPartner closely with Product, Front-end, and AI Engineering to deliver a high-quality, end-to-end release cycleWhat we’re looking for3–7 years of product UI experience for websites or marketplaces/e-commerce/platforms, with 0→1 or systematic redesign work in your portfolioProficient with Figma (components, variables, Auto Layout, prototypes) and able to produce spec-grade deliverablesStrong coverage of states and edge cases; able to clearly articulate design trade-offs and business impactExcellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills; smooth handoff with engineeringNice to haveExperience designing developer platforms / app stores / plugin ecosystemsFamiliarity with payments/subscriptions/risk control/compliance flowsUnderstanding of AI Agent UX: interpretability, cost & performance visualization, least-privilege permissions, and auditingFamiliarity with Web3 (wallets, signatures, DID, settlement)Portfolio (required)At least one platform-type project demonstrating methods and impact, plus high-fidelity screens and excerpts of the design system/specs
