We are also the 1st site for sales between individuals in France and the 5th most consulted site in France.Main MissionWhat you’ll do & Who you areThe UX Researcher is responsible for exploring, understanding, and analyzing user behaviors, needs, and expectations to inform the design and decision-making of product teams.You play a key role in providing both strategic and operational insights to ensure engaging and effective user experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesResearch Planning and Management :Define research objectives in collaboration with product and design teams at the crew levelIdentify appropriate research methodologies (quantitative, qualitative, or mixed)Plan and coordinate user studies (interviews, usability tests, surveys, data analyses)Support crew teams during quarterly discoveries and tactical research initiativesConducting ResearchConduct interviews, observations, and usability tests to gather qualitative dataPerform quantitative studies by analyzing behavioral and numerical data using tools such as Hotjar, Chattermill, surveys, or similar platformsApply methods such as card sorting, ethnographic studies, or heuristic evaluationsAnalysis And SynthesisAnalyze research findings and extract relevant insightsProduce clear and visual reports to share results with stakeholdersIdentify opportunities for improvement to optimize user journeysCross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with product, design, marketing, and development teams to integrate insights into decision-makingParticipate in design workshops (ideation, sketching) to guide solution development.Evangelize user research within the company by training and raising awareness among teams about its importanceContinuous OptimizationMonitor evolving user needs and adjust research activities accordinglyImplement continuous improvement processes for data collection and analysisStay up to date with the latest trends and developments in the UX research fieldRequired SkillsTechnical Skills :Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologiesProficiency with analysis and prototyping tools (Figma, Miro, Maze, Lookback, etc.)Good knowledge of user research tools (Quantitative: SurveyMonkey, Maze, Optimal Workshop, etc.Qualitative: UserZoom, Maze, etc.Panel creation: Toluna, UserTesting, etc)Understanding of business language and challengesProficiency in English and French, including the ability to conduct interviews in English and FrenchInterpersonal SkillsStrong ability to communicate research findings clearly and impactfullySkilled at collaborating within multidisciplinary teamsEmpathy and active listening to understand user needsAnalytical SkillsAbility to interpret data and turn insights into actionable recommendationsRigor in collecting and structuring informationBenefitsPleasant working conditions (offices, possibility of teleworking...)Attractive remuneration (fixed, variable andprofit-sharing)Opportunities for rapid, tailor-made professional developmenThe meal voucher cardEfficient and competitive health and provident insurance coverIn addition to these, we offer other benefits.Want to find out more?
