If you embrace growth mindset, have a record of accomplishment of delivering results, and you light up collaborating with other researchers, designers, product managers and engineers this is an awesome team to join.ResponsibilitiesWork in an agile environment with cross-discipline stakeholders to understand and prioritize research requests.Pull from a broad portfolio of research techniques from generative to evaluative to inform product and design decisions throughout the product cycle.Deliver timely and actionable research findings to key stakeholders and communicate those findings in clear and compelling ways.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the research insights are incorporated into the product.SkillsExperience with a broad range of research methodologies such as interviews, usability studies, surveys, A/B testing, diary studies, and competitive analysis.Proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies is essential, with the ability to synthesize and analyze data from a variety of sources to inform decision-making.Experience with user research tools such as UserTesting, dscout, and Qualtrics.Proven experience designing and conducting user research end-to-end for technology products.Proven capacity to turn research findings into actionable recommendations for engineering and business stakeholders.Verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and customer empathy.Excellent project management skills.Ability to work independently.QualificationsA bachelor’s degree in human-computer interaction, experimental/social/cognitive psychology, behavioral science, human factors or a related field is preferred.Min 4+ years of industry experience in conducting qualitative research for consumer products.Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience1. Qualitative Research (2–4 years): Conducting interviews, focus groups, diary studies, and other qualitative methods.2. Quantitative Research (2–4 years): Running surveys and handling large datasets; advanced statistics not required.3. Tool Proficiency (2–4 years): Familiarity with user testing platforms, Qualtrics, Figma, and Figjam.Salary Range: The salary for this position is between CAD $150000 - $163000 annually.
