🎯 Missions and ChallengesWithin the Product team, as part of the Design division, you’ll join a team of three User Researchers and report to the User Research Manager.You’ll be responsible for designing, executing, sharing, and promoting insights generated through qualitative and quantitative research to guide Pictarine’s various initiatives.Your Main Missions Will Be To🧭 Guide product and squad decisionsSupport decision-making within your squad and across the product team.Influence Pictarine’s product strategy by identifying new opportunities.Deepen the organization’s understanding of our customers across different departments (Product, Marketing).Help your squad make the best possible decisions and identify problems as early as possible.Act as the voice of our customers among designers, developers, and the PM to guide team choices.🔍 Manage and enhance user research throughout the product lifecycleLead high-level, strategic research combining qualitative, quantitative, and market research.Conduct tactical studies focused on specific designs or product issues.Collaborate with designers to design, build, and test solution prototypes.Continuously improve user research practices at Pictarine, in collaboration with your fellow User Researchers.Profil Recherché💎 About YouExperience: You have at least 2 years of experience as a User Researcher, ideally within a B2C environment.Fluent in English: You’re comfortable conducting live interviews with native English speakers, particularly American users.you already have a solid level of French (B2 minimum) and a strong desire to improve.
